3. Payment Terms

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
• Prices are subject to change with notice provided at least 30 days in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms

4. Credits System

• New users receive a limited number of free credits upon registration
• Credits are consumed based on AI model usage and feature access
• Additional credits can be purchased through our platform
• Credit purchases are final and non-refundable
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

5. Domain Purchase and Management

When purchasing and managing domains through our Service:

• Domain registrations are subject to availability and applicable registry rules
• Domain purchases are non-refundable once the registration is complete
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information for your domain registrations
• We act as a reseller for domain registrations and do not guarantee domain availability
• Domain renewal is your responsibility; we will provide notifications before expiration
• Failure to renew may result in domain loss and additional fees for recovery

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods
• Downgrading from a paid plan to the free plan will result in immediate loss of premium features
• We reserve the right to offer refunds at our discretion for exceptional circumstances

7. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to circumvent the credits system or payment processes
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service
